Who To Follow

Instagram can be a wild place for mental health! I started my account @sparrow_soulwork to be a helpful place for people with perfectionism and church hurt to feel seen, and give them a few helpful tips and tricks.

But not everyone on the internet is equally qualified, right? From gurus to coaches to psychologists to therapists, it’s hard to know who to trust. Who to follow. And who you could work with.

Here are a list of amazing therapists in South Carolina who put out incredible content on mental health, parenting, and the struggles of living through 2023.
